Our Silver Jewellery Beginner Course in Basel is the perfect introduction to the world of Art Clay Silver. In a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, you’ll learn how to create unique jewellery from silver clay – no previous experience required.

Would you love to learn how to make beautiful silver jewellery but have never worked with Art Clay Silver before? Or are you looking for a creative course that teaches you the fundamentals from the very beginning? Then you’ve come to the right place.

In this course, everyone works on their own jewellery projects. At the beginning, you’ll learn the essential techniques to give you a solid foundation. From there, we introduce technique in almost every session. You can decide for yourself whether you’d like to practise it and incorporate it into your own designs.

This allows you to develop your own style step by step while creating jewellery that is truly personal. Throughout the course, there is plenty of time for individual guidance, personal feedback, and support with your projects.

If you wish, you can also work with bronze clay during the course. It offers an affordable way to practise new techniques and experiment with your own ideas before creating them in silver.

By the end of the course, you’ll not only have created several unique pieces of jewellery, but you’ll also have the knowledge, confidence, and inspiration to continue your creative journey.

Course Duration & Schedule

📅 Duration: 8 × 2 hours
👥 Group Size: 3-7 participants
🗓 Schedule: Sessions are usually held once a week at the same time (excluding school holidays and public holidays).

You can join the course alone or with friends! The available dates are listed above – simply choose a suitable one and secure your spot.

If there are not enough participants, the course may proceed with a smaller group, be rescheduled to a different date (only with your agreement), or you will receive a refund.

Materials

During the course, you’ll have access to our wide selection of tools, books, and molds.
Silver clay and additional materials (e.g., zirconia stones, jump rings) are not included in the course fee. Material costs depend on the size and complexity of your jewellery pieces. More information about material costs can be found in the FAQ.

Payment for materials is made at the end of each session in cash, via TWINT, or by card.

Drinks & Snacks

Our kitchen is always stocked with coffee and tea, and our fridge is filled with cold drinks. We would greatly appreciate a small tip in our Apéro box. 😊
